About Run4Geelong

Geelong's favourite community fun run has been turning the streets of our town red for over 14 years. 

Each year, in the name of charity, community members from across the region gather to participate in a variety of running and walking events, for all abilities and ages. 

A sea of iconic red Run4Geelong t-shirts takes over the streets of Geelong in a race for better health.

The Barwon Health Foundation event, sponsored by the Geelong Advertiser, is all about raising crucial funds to support the vital work of Barwon Health.

Most people in our region would have, or had someone they know or love, attend Barwon Health for urgent or lifesaving care. Run4Geelong is the chance for our community to give back to the health service that cares so greatly for them.

100% of every Run4Geelong registration fee directly supports Barwon Health and participants have the option to choose which health service area they would like their registration to support. Further support can be driven through each participants exclusive fundraising page.

With four courses for all abilities and ages, and family-friendly activities on offer at the waterfront post-race precinct, it's easy to see why Run4Geelong is the region's favourite community event.
